In 2016, he held the post of Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine.

During 2016-2019, he worked as the State Secretary of the Ministry for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine.

Has experience in attracting funds from international financial organizations for the restoration and building of peace, organization of planning and financial work in central executive bodies, activities in the restoration of infrastructure facilities in territories that have been negatively affected by armed conflict or temporary occupation, anti-mine activities , planning and organizing the work of the ministry’s staff.

He has a master’s degree in law.
