The Center for Security Studies “CENSS” continues its systematic work on the analysis, identification and counteraction to hybrid threats arising from Russia’s aggressive policy in Europe. Ukraine’s experience gained in confronting multi-level hybrid pressure – informational, political, religious and economic – has become the basis for a new analytical project aimed at studying similar challenges in the countries of the Western Balkans.

The aim of the initiative is to disseminate best practices, strengthen analytical capacity, exchange experience and form regional solutions to increase security and resilience of societies to external influence.
